Kam and Surrounding community-based businesses are encouraged to submit quotes for 2024-2025 Contracts Submissions will be accepted from July 1st to September 5th, 2024 Rink Maintenance, Caretaker for Community Centre, Cleaner, and Parking Lot Maintenance (Selection of contracts will be done in accordance with KCCA Bylaws)

Hall Rentals

Hosting an event? Planning a party, wedding and shag/social, or would like to teach a class?

Events and Meetings

Meetings are both in-person at the Kam Community Centre, and through Zoom.

HAPPY Mid Summer " Juhannus" Event at the Community Centre, June 22nd

Family friendly events will occur during the day, including Boot Toss & Wife Carrying Contests! A Horse Shoe Tournament with ($20. entry fee). The 50/50 Draw will happen at 7pm, this being the final draw for the 2023-2024 year!
Immediately after the Draw, there will be an Age of Majority Event with live music!
Bring your appetites, as the Canteen will be open and serving traditional Finnish Favourites!

K.C.C.A: Check back this fall - KCCA will resume meetings September 12th

Final meeting of the current board of directors, and the Election of the New Board 2024-2025 will occur this same evening!

Community members are encouraged to attend.
The Board meets on the 2nd Thursday of every month for a minimum of eight meetings per year. More information on Board Membership or volunteering in other ways can be requested from any Board Member. By-laws are available at the Hall or by email from any Board Member.

Kaministiquia Community Sponsorships are available at the Kam Post Office, or from any board member. Sponsorships Donations are $5.00 and up.
